ZooRoyal Promo Codes for October 2026

Detailed review of my purchase

I recently placed an order for a new Kratzbaum and a few bags of Katzenstreu. The ordering process on the website was quite smooth; I found the items easily and the checkout was intuitive. I used the standard shipping option, and the package arrived in five business days, which felt reasonable for a larger item like the scratching post. Everything was packed securely, with no damage to the box or contents. The Kratzbaum was exactly as described, sturdy and my cat took to it immediately. The Katzenstreu was also the correct type and size. I didn't need to contact customer service for this order, so I can't comment on that, but the overall experience from browsing to delivery was efficient and satisfactory. I would recommend them based on this purchase.

Good value with a discount

I was looking for some new Hundefutter and a Hundebett, trying to get the best price. I found ZooRoyal had a 10 percent discount for orders over 59 Euro, which helped a lot. The total came out much better than other places I checked. Shipping was free because I met the minimum. The items came in about six days. The bed was comfy for my dog and the food was his usual brand. Felt like I got good value for my money, definitely worth it with the savings.

Good cat food, fast delivery

Ordered some Katzenfutter. It came quickly, in about three days. Product was fresh, cats liked it. Will order again.

Reliable as always

This was my fifth or sixth order from ZooRoyal. I needed more Hundeleine and some Hundesnacks. Like before, the delivery was straightforward, arrived within a week. Their stock is usually good, I always find what I need for my dog. The quality of the products has been consistent across all my orders. It's why I keep coming back; I know what to expect and they deliver. No surprises, which is what I want.

Decent experience, minor issue

I bought an Aquarium Set and some Fischfutter. The delivery was pretty quick, about four days to my door. Everything arrived well-packed, and the aquarium was easy to set up. I was happy with the price, it felt like a good deal. My only small complaint is that the Fischfutter bag was a bit dusty on the outside, but the product inside was fine. Customer service was responsive when I asked about tracking. Overall, a solid choice for pet supplies.

Got my stuff, no drama

Needed some new Nagerfutter and a Kleintierkäfig for my hamster. Just jumped on their site, found what I needed, and bought it. It all showed up at my place in about a week, which was fine. The cage was easy enough to put together, and the hamster seems happy. No complaints, everything was just as expected. Easy peasy.
